ESPN+ is going to be raising its price to $5.99 per month, starting in August. Which is kind of ironic seeing as there are very little sports on TV right now.
This is all according to internal documents that The Verge has gotten their hands on. ESPN+ has not yet announced the price hike, but since it's happening in August, it's going to be announced rather soon.
Existing subscribers will be grandfathered in, sort of

Now, three years later, YouTube TV has seen numerous price hikes that have nearly doubled that cost, all for the sake of some added channels. I'm done with it.

After Its Latest Price Increase, Is YouTube TV Still Worth It?

14 days ago - By Android Headlines

YouTube TV announced today that it is raising prices of its streaming live TV service. Effectively making the service $64.99 per month now, effective today. This marks the third price increase for YouTube TV in a little over three years. Almost doubling in price since it was first unveiled. That begs the question though, is YouTube TV still worth it?
I, myself, have been a user of YouTube TV for almost two years now, having signed up when it was $40 per month - after its first price increase. I quickly fell in love with the service. It offered most of the channels I wanted, but the biggest...

YouTube TV gets a massive price hike, but I'm not canceling

14 days ago - By Beta News

When I first cut the cord and switched my television service to YouTube TV, the price was a very manageable $35 per month. Then the monthly charge went to up $40 and ultimately landed at $50. When it hit the $50 mark I became nervous, as it was approaching cable TV pricing. Sadly, today, the price jumps once again, this time to $65. Uh oh. At this new price, YouTube TV is definitely more expensive than cable TV would be for me. In fact, if I was to switch back to cable TV, I wouldn't only save money, but I...
