    Samsung has created a new app for its Android smartphones called Game Live. As the name suggests, this app is going to enable Samsung users to stream mobile games that they're playing on their handsets to social networks like Facebook, YouTube, and Twitch. The Game Live app allows game streams of up to 4GB in size.
