The problem with developing apps for Android is that developers need to pick and choose which devices to support. This is because there are so many configurations ranging from the super budget to the super high-end, meaning that smaller developers might not necessarily have the resources to ensure that their app works for every single device. Thankfully, Microsoft isn't bound by those constraints and if you happen to own a low-end or much older Android phone, the company has announced the launch of Outlook Lite.
